About the Role Reporting to the Head Chef and Director of Culinary, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary team. This hands‑on position supports our Sous Chef and Head Chef and helps shape the culture of our kitchen. Ensuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stations Training, developing and supporting junior chefs Optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality Monitoring quality of dishes at preparation and presentation stages Maintaining exceptional hygiene practices Providing creative input to menu development and dish presentation About You The successful candidate will be flexible, have a can‑do attitude, work well in a high‑pressure environment and want to advance their career.
