Our Electron rocket is the second most frequently launched U.S. rocket, having launched over 230 satellites. We are developing Neutron, a reusable medium‑lift launch vehicle, and building a portfolio of satellites and components for NASA, the James Webb Space Telescope, and other missions. Role Overview The Vehicle Integration Technician works on the Electron launch vehicle, installing mechanical and avionic components, wiring harnesses, and high‑voltage batteries. The role is hands‑on, contributing directly to production and launch schedules, and requires coordination across a multidisciplinary team. Build, launch or test Rocket Lab launch vehicles or components Install mechanical and/or avionic components, wiring harnesses, and high‑voltage batteries on Electron Maintain production and launch schedules as part of the integration team Shift and Schedule Evening shift Monday to Thursday, 15:00–01:30. The schedule offers a three‑day weekend and an additional evening shift allowance. The pattern is 4 days on, 3 days off.
