About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Project Operations Specialist to join our national team. This is an entry-level to mid-level role, ideal for someone with around 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, scheduling, or resource management. You’ll play a key role in helping our delivery teams succeed – making sure the right people are allocated to the right projects at the right time. Working closely with Project Managers, Practice Leads, and technical teams, you’ll help ensure projects run smoothly and clients get an exceptional experience. Please note: This is an early-career to mid-level opportunity and is not a senior project management position . We are looking for someone who is keen to build their experience supporting project delivery, working alongside experienced Project Managers and developing their career within a high-performing team. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate and schedule project resources to meet delivery timelines and client expectations Support project set-up, handovers, and kick-off meetings Assist with reviewing scopes of work and building simple resource and project plans Monitor workloads, flag gaps or risks, and help keep projects on track Build positive working relationships across teams and with clients Help identify opportunities to improve our resource planning and project efficiency What You’ll Bring Around 1–2 years’ experience in a project coordination, scheduling or operations support role Good understanding of how projects work and the importance of planning Confident using Excel or similar tools to track schedules and workloads Great communicator who enjoys building relationships and solving problems A proactive, organised approach – you like to keep things moving and under control Why Join CyberCX Hybrid flexibility – work from home and the office Career growth – we’ll help you build your project and coordination skills in a growing tech sector Work that matters – contribute to securing Australia and New Zealands digital future Perks – corporate discounts, learning opportunities, and a great team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
