Pathways Health Ltd in Auckland is seeking an inspirational and motivated Team Coach to lead a skilled group of Support Workers focused on recovery and wellbeing in the Waitematā community. Reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager, you will coach staff, develop partnerships, manage resources, and help tāngata whai ora achieve self-identified goals.
