At Westpac NZ, we're looking for an emerging communications professional who is passionate about creating engaging content, bringing ideas to life, and finding fresh ways to connect people with what matters most. You may have started your career in communications in the past few years and is looking for your next career move. This role reports to our Senior Manager Corporate Communications and sits within the wider People and Communications team. As our Corporate Communications Specialist , you'll help shape some of Westpac's most visible internal communications. From company-wide updates on strategy and performance to culture initiatives, leadership communications and enterprise publications, you'll play a key role in how we inform, inspire and engage our people. You'll help tell stories that: Bring our strategic priorities and performance to life Celebrate the achievements of our people Showcase the difference we're making for customers and communities Strengthen connection, engagement and culture across Westpac Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? 3 –5years' experiencein internalor externalcommunications,journalismor a related field. Strongwriting, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex information into engaging content. Acreative mindset,curiosityand a willingness to bring fresh ideas andnew approaches. Excellentattention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality communications. Strongrelationship-building skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders. Soundjudgement and a thoughtful approach to communication. Aproactive, organised mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace. Acollaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for working as part of a team.
