About the role: As our business expands, we’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator in Wellington. At Stellar, we boast a robust and established candidate database. Responsibilities: Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for migrant contractors arriving in New Zealand Mobilization: Preparing our contractors for site deployment Candidate Management: Developing connections with candidates, sustaining continuous communication throughout their tenure, and handling underperformance by offering guidance and support to assist field staff in meeting performance standards. Recruitment Support: Assisting in advert posting, candidate screening, and reference checks Administrative Tasks: Managing timesheets, generating reports, and handling ad hoc duties About You: We’re seeking a highly motivated team player who is goal-oriented and committed to delivering results. If you’re passionate about forging lasting connections and nurturing relationships, this could be the perfect fit. Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or a relevant industry, coupled with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
