Requirements We are looking for a qualified foreman builder Excellent communication is the key in the building process, we are committed to exceeding your expectations – every time Someone who can lead 1-3 people on a building site with experience to construct to high quality level whilst managing staff and clients Duties Study building plans and architectural drawings Select building materials Measure and cut materials to the right size and shape Construct building frames and install cladding on the inside and outside of buildings Install windows, staircases and doors Benefits Company vehicle with fuel card available for the right candidate Rate $45-$55 contracting or wages position available upon request #J-18808-Ljbffr
