Job Description
As an Internal Key Account Manager at MICO Henderson , you’ll provide seamless service and essential internal support to our customers. With a flexible, can-do attitude you’ll work closely with our sales team, manage key customer inquiries, offer product advice, prepare quotes, and deliver tailored solutions ensuring deliveries happen on time and their projects stay on track through clear communication and timely updates. Engage regularly with our key customer face-to-face, over the phone, and via email Recommend suitable products, prepare quotes, process orders, and manage sales documentation Understand our customers’ needs and provide professional tailored solutions Coordinate with Site Managers, track orders, and arrange timely deliveries to meet project deadlines Communicate delivery times clearly and ensure orders are prepared for dispatch Liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability and manage special requirements Assist on the trade counter, support cycle counting and help with deliveries when required Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general store housekeeping Permanent full-time role based at MICO Henderson branch, offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays. About You: To succeed in this role, you will be more than just a sales support person. You’ll be a natural communicator and relationship builder who knows how to connect with customers, identify opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions that make a real impact.
