Why Join the Founding Team Be part of the founding team shaping the success of the mine Long‑term stability with a mine life exceeding 10 years Career development and progression opportunities Opportunity to help establish operating standards and culture from day one First gold production targeted within months Work in a modern processing plant with new equipment and technology Strong safety culture and supportive leadership team What’s In It For You Competitive salary package 7 on / 7 off roster supporting work‑life balance Overtime opportunities available Accommodation allowance provided Private health insurance Long‑term employment with a growing mining operation Opportunity to work alongside experienced processing professionals Career development and progression opportunities Modern processing plant and equipment Key Responsibilities Conduct routine plant inspections and equipment checks Monitor conveyors, pumps, crushers, mills and processing equipment Identify and report equipment faults and operational issues Assist with plant start‑ups, shutdowns and maintenance activities Carry out housekeeping across the processing plant Complete routine operational tasks and inspections Assist with isolations and permit‑to‑work activities Maintain accurate shift records and inspection reports Ensure compliance with site operating procedures and safety standards Promote a positive safety culture across the operation About You Previous experience in a mineral processing plant, mining, quarrying or heavy industrial environment Experience carrying out plant inspections and routine operational duties Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Current driver licence Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental performance Good communication and teamwork skills Proactive attitude and commitment to operational excellence Desirable Qualifications Previous experience within underground gold or metalliferous mining operations Experience working in a processing plant day‑crew environment Current First Aid Certificate Loader, forklift or other mobile plant licences Additional mining or process plant qualifications Build Your Future Here.
