They make sure our customers get next‑level support across phone, email, chat, and social media. No scripts – just real conversations, real connections, and real impact. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: Be the friendly, problem‑solving, go‑to person for our customers across phone, email, chat, and social media. Own customer queries from start to finish, because no one likes being passed around. Bring energy and creativity to every conversation, making sure our customers feel heard, valued, and supported. Keep our social media buzzing by engaging with customers, answering queries, and keeping the Electric Kiwi and Kiwi Mobile vibe alive. Stay sharp with ongoing training and development, keeping you ahead of the game in a fast‑moving industry. About you You genuinely enjoy helping people and making their day better. You are a natural at building relationships and having engaging conversations. You own what you do, you take initiative and follow through. You are cool under pressure, adaptable, and solution‑focused. You are confident on social media, whether responding to customers or creating fun, engaging content. Maybe you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, tourism, or another customer‑facing role and you’re ready for your next step. If so, we would love to hear from you. No call centre or utilities experience? No problem. If you love customer service, we’ll teach you the rest. Bonus if you can start ASAP! You’ll need to be able to come into our offices in the CBD every day for the first month or so while you’re training, and at least 2‑3 days a week once you’re all sorted.
