Part‑Time Permanent Workplace Administrator role available 20 hours per week Tauranga based Mō te tūnga | About the role Do you want to make a difference to New Zealand's tamariki, rangatahi, whānau and communities? In this rewarding role, you will: Be responsible for administration needs to support a range of casework activity. Assist with financial plans, including maintaining accurate records and reconciliation of workplace financial activities. Liaise with vendors, casual staff, and other key stakeholders including various cultural groups and backgrounds. Book rooms, answer phones, and assist on the reception desk. Effectively identify and escalated risks where appropriate and look for opportunities to improve operations. Deal with critical scenarios in a calm, professional manner. Annual remuneration for this position starts between $57,096 and $62,773 dependent on experience.
