Clinical Transcriptionist

Clinical Transcriptionist – Surgical & Planned Services Permanent, full‑time (1.0 FTE). Rotorua Hospital, Monday to Friday. Role Overview Transcriptionists provide an effective, timely clinical transcription service for Surgical & Planned Services. This is a very busy service and requires the transcriptionist to work as part of a wider team. Transcriptionists use Winscribe software. Team and Service Our small team of transcriptionists collaborates closely – we aim to work onsite with two other transcriptionists in a warm office that offers natural light. We transcribe approximately 2,000 letters per calendar month covering General Surgery, Orthopaedics, ENT, Anaesthetics, and a little Gynaecology.
