In this role, you will: Lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels. Partner with creative and media agencies to develop compelling customer campaigns from concept through to launch and optimisation. Work closely with teams across pricing, growth, customer experience, digital, product, and research to align campaign activity with customer and business priorities. Play a key role in shaping how Contact tells its story through brand campaigns, partnerships, digital activity, customer communications, and content. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard and on schedule. Bring together customer insights, research, and business context to create marketing activity that resonates with audiences and drives action.
