Class 4 Driver

Job Description Role We are currently looking for a Class 4 curtain‑sider truck driver (Dayshift), with good knowledge of the Auckland region and Metro experience. About the Role You’ll be responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of LCL freight across Auckland, ensuring all goods are handled with care and delivered damage‑free. Safety, compliance, and professionalism are key in this role. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering and collecting freight efficiently across Auckland Ensuring loads are correctly secured and compliant with NZTA regulations Completing daily pre‑start and post‑trip vehicle checks Maintaining your truck in clean, roadworthy condition Accurately completing delivery paperwork and using driver apps (e.g. Allotrac) Reporting any damages, faults, or issues promptly Working closely with dispatch and supporting the wider team when needed Qualifications Minimum 3+ years’ experience driving heavy rigid vehicles (18,000kg+) Previous experience driving curtain sider – Essential Full Class 4 licence (current) Solid knowledge of the NZ Road Code and Heavy Vehicle Loading Code Experience with LCL freight (preferred) Good knowledge of Auckland metro routes Strong time management and communication skills Comfortable using mobile apps and completing digital paperwork A safety‑first mindset with high attention to detail Additional Information Be part of a dynamic and growing team in a global company with over 40 years of industry expertise Join a supportive, energetic environment where no two days are the same Build a career where your impact drives the future of the logistics and freight teams We believe our people are our greatest strength — and the diversity of our team is central to how we grow and succeed.
