Lead Calf Rearer

Full Job Description A newly converted dairy farm is seeking an "Experienced Calf Rearer" to take full responsibility for the calf rearing operation during the upcoming calving season. This is a key role on the farm and would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and delivering excellent animal welfare outcomes. You'll be responsible for raising calves from arrival through to weaning while working alongside a supportive farm team. Being part of a newly established dairy operation means you'll have the opportunity to help set standards, implement systems, and contribute to the development of a modern farming business from the ground up.
