Growth Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Engineer to join our team in Auckland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative strategies and techniques. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of growth initiatives Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve growth processes Continuously optimize and improve our growth strategies to drive business growth Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth engineering Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in software development and growth engineering Strong understanding of growth hacking principles and techniques Experience with data analysis and using analytics tools to drive growth Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Passion for technology and driving business growth This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
