THE DETAILS You will join our 2027 Graduate Programme and be based in one of our nine national branch locations. You’ll spend the year rotating through the programme modules with either on the job work experience or learning in the classroom. This experience will give you real insight and understanding of the key parts of the business and will show you the depth of knowledge our people have. A majority of our Graduate team end up in sales or logistics roles. So, we're looking for candidates who have an interest in building strong relationships with customers and growers, by either picking up the phone or visiting them in person. The different areas of the business you will learn about include: Warehousing, Administration, Banana Ripening, Domestic Procurement, Import Procurement, Key Accounts, Merchandising, Sales, Branch Management, Direct Retails, Internal Audit and our grower operations. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Recently graduated from a New Zealand University, Polytech, or any training institution. Ideally majoring in Agriculture, Management Studies, Commerce, Supply Chain and Logistics. A background in agriculture or horticulture or have experience currently working in the industry. A self starter, ready to kick off your career in the fresh produce industry. A strong communicator with an interest in building long term relationships with customers and growers.
