GP & UC Nurse - Tend Constellation

Tend Constellation Drive We’re looking for a GP & Urgent Care Nurse to join our team, which includes participating in our rotational weekend roster. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your GP low acuity, Urgent Care or Emergency Care expertise and work at the top of your scope! We would ideally like someone to work at least Wednesday to Friday for the roster, with rotationally fixed weekend shifts. What you’ll bring Strong low acuity GP, UC or ED nursing experience preferred Confidence working at the top of your nursing scope Availability on Fridays plus weekend roster participation; option to choose your non-rostered weekday(s)! A positive, team-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
