Containers / Inwards Team Member (Fixed Term until January 2027)

Job Description We’re on the lookout for motivated, reliable team players to join our Containers / Inwards Team. If you love rolling up your sleeves, tackling challenges, and working with a great bunch of people – you’ll thrive here. This role is all about being the first touchpoint in the DC stock journey. You’ll play a key role in unloading, processing, and preparing stock for distribution. It’s fast‑paced, physical, and no two days are quite the same. What You’ll Be Doing Devanning containers and unloading cartons (1kg–20kg) Sorting stock by barcode Using RF scanners to track product movement Operating pallet jacks, box cutters, and strapping machines Bulk picking and stock management Jumping in where needed to support the team and get the job done Fixed term position until the end of January 2027. Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm $30.28/hr Please note: This role is to support our Peak Period through to January 2027. As it is our busiest time of the year, we are unlikely to be able to approve any extended leave across this time including around Christmas and New Years (we do not work public holidays). Qualifications What We’re Looking For Physically fit and comfortable lifting throughout the day Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills (verbal and written) Team mindset but confident working independently Time management and problem‑solving skills Previous warehouse experience is a bonus – but not essential!
