About The Role As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll work alongside a Senior Business Analyst in the IT Business Engagement team. You’ll learn how technology and processes support the business by helping capture business needs, document processes, and communicate clearly between business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Support a Senior Business Analyst to plan and run workshops or interviews, take notes, and follow up on actions. Document current ways of working, including simple process maps, user journeys, and existing pain points. Help define, update, and manage requirements, such as user stories, acceptance criteria, or requirement lists. Assist with analysis to understand impacts, risks, assumptions, and dependencies. Support delivery activities such as backlog refinement, and preparing for user acceptance testing. About You You’re currently studying or have recently completed a relevant degree such as Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science. You aren’t afraid to ask questions to build understanding. You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation. You have a basic understanding of business analysis concepts like process mapping and requirements, are comfortable using tools such as Microsoft 365 , and are interested in how technology supports business. An interest in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or AI‑enabled tools is a bonus, but not essential.
