About the Position and You: The Beauty Campaign Coordinator & Category Assistant plays a key role in delivering prestige beauty marketing campaigns across Life Pharmacy and occasionally Unichem. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end campaign execution, including product launches, promotional activity, and marketing communications. You will work closely with internal teams and supplier partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and achieve strong commercial results. Alongside campaign delivery, you will support the management of the prestige beauty category through product onboarding, promotional submissions, supplier coordination, and reporting. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, and has a genuine passion for marketing and beauty. Do you have what we are looking for? Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or similar Previous experience in a retail, marketing or fast-paced customer-focused environment Experience supporting or coordinating marketing campaigns end-to-end Strong understanding of marketing channels (print, digital, in-store, social, EDM) Experience working with suppliers, agencies, or cross-functional teams Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering engaging campaigns Excellent organisation skills with high attention to detail Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
