Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Territory Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our globally leading brands. This role is ideal for someone with experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare, who brings strong sales capability and a natural ability to build and maintain effective relationships. To be eligible to apply, you must have New Zealand work rights. Key Responsibilities Managing key accounts across North Timaru, South Invercargill, Dunedin, and Central Wanaka, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 4–6 days per month. Achievement of set territory sales, market share, distribution & all cycle objective targets. Ensuring all deals are maintained within agreed wholesale deals and discretionary funds guidelines. Maintaining customer contact & call frequency as per agreed contact strategy. Executing required activities as advised by the National Accounts team & advising non‑compliance in a timely fashion. Utilising all available point‑of‑sale material to drive sales and maximise in‑store presence, erecting displays as & when required. Reporting to the National Sales Manager on performance versus objectives. Providing timely and accurate field intelligence via reports to line management. Ensuring appropriate care for all company assets allocated for use in performing the job. Ensuring thorough execution of agreed action plans resulting from in‑field accompaniment evaluations. Qualifications & Experience Sales or retail experience, ideally within grocery or pharmacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self‑managed and motivated. Passion for representing the Haleon brands across the pharmacy channel. Strong relationship management skills and customer focus. Great driving history.
