About the role Te kaupapa o te tūranga - About the role This is a fixed term position ending the 27th January 2027 with the following hours of work: Monday 2:30pm - 9:00pm Wednesday 2:30pm - 9:00pm This exciting and dynamic role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store service desk, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide advice on processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers. Support our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring the safety of our store. Help supervise and support the Checkout area as needed, making sure that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
