You will be trained, Certified and fully supported by Focal Point International and the New Zealand based Focal Point leadership team to establish and grow your own independent coaching practice under the global brand here in New Zealand. With our extensive content, training and long-term support, you will be responsible for developing your client base, providing professional executive coaching, executive management guidance and business coaching programs to clients. You will be a confident self-starter, have an entrepreneurial outlook, know what it's like to lead, and be driven to succeed in your chosen endeavors.
