We value long‑term relationships, teamwork, and supporting each other. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver full mechanical servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and in‑field breakdown support. Pre‑assemble and prepare cutting‑edge machinery for customers. Build strong relationships with farmers and contractors. Support apprentices and fellow technicians with your expertise. What You Bring Qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic (or equivalent). Agricultural machinery experience is great — but not essential. A valid driver’s licence. Strong customer focus and a solid work ethic. Commitment to safe, efficient work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Not Qualified? We Will Consider Drivers/operators with machinery experience or maintaining contractors’ machinery, combined with a desire to undertake a formal qualification and work with CLAAS machinery.
