Inventory Controller

Full time Job Description We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to manage stock accuracy across our busy warehouse operation. If you have a keen eye for numbers, a methodical approach, and experience working in inventory or warehouse environments, this could be the perfect role for you. About the Role As Inventory Controller, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure stock integrity. You’ll play a key part in supporting our growth through effective inventory management and data‑driven insights. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouse locations. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation tasks. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies quickly and efficiently. Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock handling and documentation. Update inventory systems and generate reports for management review. Identify trends and suggest process improvements to minimise stock issues. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in inventory control or stock management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with warehouse or ERP systems.
