As a **Community Work Supervisor**, you will oversee and manage up to 8 men and women who are serving their community work sentences on meaningful projects at schools, reserves, community groups, Marae and churches - whatever the community needs.With a natural style to work collaboratively and great relationship management skills you will be someone who recognises the importance of the work Ara Poutama Aotearoa does. And as we enter into a new and exciting era with our Hōkai Rangi strategy, bring new ways of thinking to our complex and busy environment.We have two casual positions available. One is based out of our Wellington Community Corrections centre and the other is based out of Lower Hutt Community Corrections.These roles have the ability to work any days between Tuesday to Saturday. Hours of work are 7.30am – 4pm.
