About the Role As the founding member of our new sales enablement function, you’ll shape how Gallagher Security sells, arming regional teams with the tools, insights, and resources to translate our product depth into real market impact. You’ll work across regions, product, marketing, training, sales operations and pricing to remove barriers, build alignment and create a practical enablement rhythm that supports stronger commercial outcomes. What you’ll be doing: Build strong relationships with regional sales teams and Head Office stakeholders to understand what’s getting in the way of effective selling and coordinate the right support to remove those barriers. Design and run a regular sales enablement forum that becomes a go-to channel for sharing updates, surfacing region requests and shaping a future-focused enablement roadmap. Create, build and maintain practical sales enablement resources, including presentations, tools and assets that turn knowledge gaps into tangible support for the field. Capture in-region intelligence, competitor insights and win/loss feedback, then feed those insights back into the right teams to strengthen market responsiveness. Partner with the training team to identify capability gaps, support structured learning pathways and accelerate onboarding for new sales representatives. Use AI tools and commercial data to enhance how sales teams learn, engage with complex product information, and continuously improve performance. About You You know what high-performing enablement looks like because you’ve lived it. You bring credibility, influence, and the energy to build, shape, and scale something from the ground up. What you’ll bring: 7+ years’ experience across sales and/or sales enablement, ideally with hands‑on experience in a direct sales role. Experience working in a complex, multi-product, multi-market or global business environment. Strong commercial acumen, with confidence reading pipeline data, identifying trends and connecting performance insights to enablement activity. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, coordinate and align teams without direct authority. Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and useful content. A practical understanding of AI tools and how they can be used to accelerate sales learning, productivity and performance. A self‑starting, highly organised approach, with the flexibility to work across time zones when needed. Working at Gallagher You’ll be part of a global, future‑focused organisation where creativity and innovation are valued and supported.
