About the Role This varied position involves providing administrative support to the on‑site team, managing administrative queries, people and training records, invoices and monthly data analysis, and providing backup support to the Payroll Coordinator. Qualifications Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Tech savvy, particularly with Microsoft Office. Enjoy teamwork and can tackle challenges with a positive mindset, while also working autonomously. Committed to continuous improvement. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Payroll knowledge. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Great communicator and strong people skills. Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic workplace.
