Parking Concierge

We're looking for a Parking Concierge to join our team in Auckland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What we're looking for Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional presentation and a positive attitude Full New Zealand Driver Licence (Class 1) Confidence driving a variety of vehicles Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Key responsibilities Deliver a premium customer experience Manage valet parking operations, including vehicle check-in and retrieval Safely move and park customer vehicles Maintain accurate key control and vehicle records Assist with traffic flow and parking operations Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented site Report maintenance, safety, or operational issues as required What we offer Full training provided 40 hours per week Pay rate up to $29.00 per hour Access to Wilson Parking Perks with discounts across retailers, fuel, and groceries Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for you and your family Supportive team environment If you're customer-focused, reliable, and enjoy working in a hands-on role, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
