Communicating with other departments regarding out‑of‑stocks, substitutions and other enquiries relating to online customer enquiries. Demonstrating a positive attitude towards Health and Safety for yourself and others around you. About You Understands good customer service. Helps us make customer‑first decisions aligned to our processes and systems. Works well within our team and communicates effectively. Willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift.
