RUC Pass - Production & Fulfilment Assistant (EOI - Late 2026)

About the Role RUC Pass is our physical over-the-counter distribution product within the RUC on Rails brand ecosystem. We design and print RUC Pass cards in-house. As launch approaches and distribution scales, we will require structured production and fulfilment support to manage volume efficiently and accurately. We are inviting expressions of interest for a Production & Fulfilment Assistant to support large-scale card printing, packaging, and distribution. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role based in Dunedin. What You’ll Be Responsible For Assisting with in-house printing of RUC Pass cards Quality checking printed cards for accuracy and consistency Packaging cards for individual customer shipments Preparing bulk shipments for retail and distribution partners Assembling envelopes and fulfilment materials Maintaining organised stock levels of cards and packaging supplies Coordinating outgoing shipments with courier providers Supporting basic inventory tracking This role requires precision.
