Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you’ll lead projects from early planning and design through procurement, construction and completion. You’ll be trusted to provide commercial advice, manage stakeholders, challenge project outcomes and ensure successful delivery for your clients. You’ll be involved in: Managing project planning and delivery strategies Leading consultant and design teams Design management and coordination Client liaison and stakeholder engagement Monitoring construction progress and project performance Ideally you’ll bring: 5+ years’ project management experience Related tertiary qualifications preferred Good knowledge of NZS3910 and NZ building methods Experience coordinating design and leading consultant teams Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capability A collaborative and professional approach Why Join?
