We are looking for a confident and organised Team Administrator to join us on an 8‑month contract, providing vital support to our Northern Support Hub (Auckland, Northland, Whangārei, Palmerston North and Wellington). If you love fast-paced environments, are strong with systems, and enjoy being the go-to person for a busy team, this role is for you. The Opportunity - Te āhei Responsibilities Setting up, editing, and formatting valuation reports to a high professional standard. Finalising reports and preparing PDFs for client delivery. Ensuring all documentation is accurate, consistent, and completed within agreed timeframes. Processing supplier invoices and handling expense reimbursements. Providing daily administrative support to the Team Leader and wider team. Assisting with workflow coordination to help valuers meet deadlines. About You - Mō Koe 2+ years of administration experience in a fast‑paced environment (property sector experience a bonus). Strong capability in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organisation and time‑management skills. A proactive, adaptable approach with strong problem‑solving ability. High attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
