Overview The role is with Terra Industrial New Zealand Limited’s Technician Development and Master Technician Pathway program. Responsibilities Fault finding, diagnosing, and troubleshooting Cat equipment. Servicing, maintenance, and repairs in the field. Delivering exceptional customer service. Planning daily activities for maximum efficiency. Managing workload and completing all required administrative tasks. Qualifications Experienced Heavy Diesel Technician with a strong technical background. Legal right to work in New Zealand. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel within the Rotorua region (Tauranga, Whakatane, Taupo).
