The Role This launchpad is ideal for someone early in their marketing journey, ready to roll up sleeves, get creative, stay organized, and work on fun campaigns across toy brands. You will keep campaigns moving, brand sharp, and the wider team firing. Roles & Responsibilities Brand Management Set the brand strategy for your allocated brand(s) and present it bi‑annually alongside Commercial to Sales and Local Marketing. Deliver Annual Brand Activation Summaries that fuel Local Marketing's Digital & Activation Briefs, drawing on consumer insights and trends across key audiences. Own communications across all supporting functional teams, including: briefing paid digital, managing campaign timelines, and approving campaigns based on stock and local market conditions — always data‑led. Ensure the content team is clear on paid and organic requirements, collaborating to produce landing content. Partner with the brand engagement team so creators and influencers align with brand strategy and tell the brand story brilliantly. Brief and monitor assets behind best‑in‑class e‑commerce experiences. Asset Management & Campaign Review Coordinate updates and revisions to campaign detail as required by the wider Toy Marketing team, folding in consumer feedback. Help run post‑campaign analysis by brand, turning insight into sharper future strategy. Support influencer and UGC seeding campaigns and influencer box briefing, keeping everything aligned to brand strategy and audience. Act as product and talent photography liaison, compiling briefs for product, e‑com, and lifestyle shoots, coordinating shot lists, products, talent, wardrobe, and locations. Keep product‑related documents and assets organized across systems (HIVE, SharePoint, Figma, Airtable). Schedule meetings, take notes, and chase action items to avoid bottlenecks. Lead the upkeep of the sample room for your brands, managing stock levels and steady supply for key campaigns. Keep the Marketing team Gantt chart current to keep the wider team on track and foster collaboration. Professional Development & Continuous Improvement Engage in training and development opportunities, digital marketing workshops, and courses on new platforms to stay ahead of industry trends. Skills & Experience 6–18 months of marketing exposure or experience. Seriously organized with ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communicator who can keep cross‑functional teams aligned. Creative eye and enthusiasm for content, campaigns, and consumer brands. Data‑curious, comfortable using insights and results to inform decisions. Proactive self‑starter who takes ownership. A love for toys, pop culture, and making brands fun is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Airtable, or similar project/asset systems is helpful. Thrives onsite, prefers full office environment over mute.
