As a National Care Pathways Coordinator – Regional Support, you will play a key role in coordinating and enhancing Community Health Pathways programmes across the health system. You will work closely with clinical editors, clinical leaders, programme managers, technical writing teams, and subject matter experts to ensure pathways remain evidence‑based, practical, and aligned with national healthcare priorities. Responsibilities Coordinate regional work programmes and support pathway publication and maintenance. Manage clinical editor workflows and identify opportunities for innovation and service improvement. Ensure pathways remain evidence‑based, practical, and aligned with national healthcare priorities. Combine strategic programme coordination with relationship management and quality improvement. Collaborate with regional health services, clinical networks, and technical writing partners to support high‑quality pathway development and clinical engagement. Team & Location You will join a nationally connected and highly collaborative team focused on supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of Community Health Pathways across Aotearoa. The position can be based anywhere in NewZealand. Qualifications Minimum 2years’ experience working within a complex health environment. Experience coordinating programmes of work and managing multiple workstreams. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. Experience supporting quality improvement and service development initiatives. Understanding of TeTiriti o Waitangi and commitment to achieving equitable health outcomes. A collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach to work.
