Key responsibilities: Guide customers through styling and personalising high‑fashion frames with luxury brands such as CHANEL, Ray‑Ban, PRADA, Gucci, and Tiffany & Co. Deliver exceptional customer service and promote our product range. Support day‑to‑day retail operations and maintain store presentation. Assist in opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising. Qualifications and skills: Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred; optical experience is a plus. Clear communication skills and a friendly, customer‑centric attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule, with 11+ hours per week.
