Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team in Hamilton, supporting the delivery of critical network services across the Waikato region. In this hands‑on role, you'll be responsible for electrical construction, maintenance, fault finding and repairs across a range of network equipment and installations. You'll play an important role in keeping essential infrastructure running safely and efficiently, working across a mix of planned works and reactive fault response. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work, collaboration and being part of a supportive and safety‑focused team. Key responsibilities include: Installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and HVAC systems Fault diagnosis and rectification across network distribution equipment Genset deployment, battery testing and replacement Testing and tagging of electrical equipment Switchboard installation and lighting upgrades Working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver high‑quality outcomes Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting Supporting a strong Zero Harm culture in all aspects of work Ngā pūkenga matua | What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is safety‑focused, reliable and takes pride in delivering quality work.
