Job Description
A unique opportunity has become available to join our Christchurch Care Home as a Service Administrator on a full-time basis. We are seeking a motivated and experienced administrator to deliver professional and high-quality administrative support to senior managers. This role is Monday to Friday, based in our Merivale site. Key aspects of this role Provide reception duties including receiving incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and delegating enquiries to appropriate staff Liaise with managers to review processes and office systems Draft communication and documentation Assist with coordination and scheduling of meetings Perform admissions, transfers, and discharges accurately and timely Maintain filing and system integrity ensuring accuracy and efficiency About you Minimum of 1 year administration experience Ability to proactively organise own workload while maintaining a professional manner with confidentiality Experience coordinating events/functions Ability to show empathy in an appropriate manner Entitlement to work in New Zealand Benefits of working at Nurse Maude Wellbeing - The wellbeing of our staff is very important to us.
