About you: Strong research and analytical skills – Can you join the dots between multiple different sources to produce a comprehensive narrative? Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills – Can you work well with others and write clear, concise reports? Strong technical skills – Do you understand how electronic communications work and how adversaries use them? Good general knowledge of, and an interest in, the organised crime and terrorism environment. Ability in a foreign language is a valuable, but not essential skill for this role. Appointing range: This is a multi-level role that can cater to a range of experience levels: Level 1: $63,497 – $67,730 (entry-level) Level 2: $87,048 – $92,851 Level 3: $103,009 – $109,876 Before you apply Working within our unique environment means we have to ensure you're eligible for employment. You must: Have been a New Zealand Citizen for at least 10 years OR Hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of the UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years Be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance Ordinarily, this means you'll have a 15 year checkable background in countries NZSIS Vetting can make meaningful and reliable checks.
