Architectural Technician

Our client is a respected commercial interiors specialist contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality workplace, retail and commercial fit‑out projects. Due to a growing workload, they are looking to add an Architectural Technician to their internal team. This position would suit someone from an Architectural Technician, Graduate Architectural Designer or Draftsperson background who enjoys the technical side of project delivery and takes pride in producing accurate, detailed drawings using Archicad. The Role Producing detailed architectural and construction documentation using Archicad Developing drawing packages for commercial interiors and fit‑out projects Assisting with design development and technical detailing Coordinating drawings with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders Ensuring documentation meets project requirements and relevant standards Supporting fast‑paced projects through various stages from concept through to construction About You Proven proficiency in Archicad Strong drawing production and technical documentation skills Experience working on commercial interiors and fit‑out projects Good understanding of construction detailing and methodology Strong communication and coordination abilities A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery What’s On Offer Opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial fit‑out projects Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to projects from concept through to completion Stable, full-time permanent position Competitive remuneration If you are a technically strong Archicad user with a passion for commercial interiors and fit‑out projects, we would love to hear from you.
