Job Description
Position Digital Content Executive – FTC 12 months at MyLotto in Tamaki, N, NZ. Overview You’ll help set up MyLotto’s new content management system and bring content to life within it, using a new design system to create clear, user-friendly experiences that support safe, enjoyable play for New Zealanders. Responsibilities Work closely with UX/UI, product, brand and the broader project team to build and publish pages in the new headless CMS. Ensure content is accurate, accessible and optimised for search. Manage reviews, approvals and publishing workflows to keep work moving across a high-volume programme. Use analytics to guide improvements and validate tracking. Collaborate with the Digital Content Platform Manager to support a major CMS platform rebuild. Partner with brand, design and harm minimisation teams to deliver clear, consistent content across web and app. Support agile ways of working and continuous improvement within the Digital Marketing team. Qualifications Hands‑on experience building and publishing pages in a headless CMS, ideally Contentful. Strong copywriting skills; ability to follow copy guidelines and write simple, accurate, on‑brand content. Attention to detail and a love for tidy, accurate, well‑structured pages. Solid understanding of SEO/geo and how to apply it. Good working knowledge of HTML/CSS and content behaviour across devices. Confidence working with UX/UI to shape content that supports user journeys. Experience using analytics to validate tracking and guide improvements. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different people. Exceptional organisational skills for managing the full content creation process.
