Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support across New Zealand, with occasional support to the wider Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC, you will partner closely with hiring managers and the broader business to attract and secure exceptional talent across a diverse range of disciplines. Working hand-in-hand with stakeholders, you will determine recruitment requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, while proactively understanding the recruitment forecast across the business. You will cultivate and manage talent pools aligned to our critical talent segments, and use your networks and online sourcing tools to engage strong candidates across a wide variety of roles. Beyond day-to-day hiring, you will design and deploy fit-for-purpose talent attraction strategies, champion a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, and partner with the people team to facilitate talent pathways, succession planning and retention. You will also support global mobility across the Egis Group, Region and Business Lines, and help guide the business through change as our talent acquisition processes and systems evolve. Responsibilities Provide end-to-end recruitment support across New Zealand, with some alignment to the Asia Pacific region. Partner with hiring managers and the broader business to attract and secure exceptional talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and understand the recruitment forecast. Cultivate and manage talent pools aligned to critical talent segments; engage candidates using networks and online sourcing tools. Design and deploy fit-for-purpose talent attraction strategies; champion diversity and inclusion. Collaborate with the people team on talent pathways, succession planning and retention. Support global mobility across the Egis Group, Region and Business Lines; assist with changes to recruitment processes and systems. Qualifications Ideally, a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an internal or agency recruitment role, within engineering, consulting or architecture sectors. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine passion for building internal relationships. Consultative and proactive approach to partnering with the business. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Previous experience with LiveHire is highly regarded.
