Job Description

Business Process Finance Transformation Lead Full Time - Fixed Term Lead and coordinate finance system transitions for the LU Finance Transformation Programme, ensuring smooth delivery, strong business readiness, and minimal disruption. Responsibilities Developing and coordinating transition plans for finance system changes. Engaging stakeholders and supporting business readiness activities. Leading change communications, training, and knowledge transfer. Managing data migration, validation, and process improvements. Coordinating go‑live activities and supporting post‑implementation stabilisation. Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience. This 12‑month fixed term role is based at our Lincoln Campus and works 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE). Qualifications Minimum five years experience in finance and accounting, with strong knowledge of financial systems and processes. Experience working with FMIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, TechnologyOne, Dynamics). A solid understanding of project or change management approaches. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial and system data. Experience with system implementations, testing, or data migration. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach. Alignment with Manaakitaka and Lincoln University values.
