About you You’ll take real pride in your work and machinery itself. You’ll be self-motivated, have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. A qualification in automotive heavy engineering or diesel mechanic. Excellence in diagnostics and a sound understanding of electronics and hydraulics. A full Driver’s license. A background in diagnostics and repair or agricultural tractors and machinery. Good communication skills to liaise with people at all levels. To understand and manage customer expectations.
