Graphic and Digital Designer – Euro Staffs, Auckland City, N, NZ. This Full‑time on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth. About us Wushu Development Trust is a charitable trust dedicated to promoting and developing Wushu, Taichi, Sanda and other Chinese martial arts in Aotearoa New Zealand. We support community engagement, accessible martial arts classes, school programmes, public workshops, cultural events and athlete development. About the role This is a hands‑on design role supporting the Trust’s marketing, communications, events and community initiatives. You will be responsible for developing high‑quality creative materials that promote our programmes, engage the community, support fundraising and sponsorship activities, and maintain a consistent brand presence. You will work closely with the Trust’s management team, programme coordinators, instructors and external suppliers to create clear, engaging and professional visual content across multiple platforms. Location: Auckland Remuneration: hourly rate at $32 to $35 per hour commensurate with the candidate's experience. Hours of Work: 30–40 hours per week. What you will be doing Design marketing and promotional materials for Wushu, Taichi, Sanda and Chinese martial arts programmes. Create digital content for the Trust’s website, social media platforms, email campaigns and online promotions. Design posters, flyers, brochures, banners, signage, event programmes, certificates and other printed collateral. Support community events, workshops, cultural activities and public demonstrations through event‑related design materials. Develop creative assets for school programmes, youth initiatives, women’s self‑defence programmes and community wellbeing activities. Assist with visual materials for funding applications, sponsorship proposals, presentations and reports. Maintain brand consistency across all design work and communication channels. Prepare finished artwork for print and digital publication. Work with printers, suppliers, photographers, videographers and other external service providers where required. Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines in a practical, organised and professional manner. Contribute creative ideas to improve the Trust’s public profile and community engagement. What you will bring Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar fields. 2years of solid experience in graphic design across both print and digital channels. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience preparing finished artwork for print production and digital use. A good understanding of social media content, website graphics and digital marketing materials. Strong layout, typography, image editing and visual communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high‑quality work. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders. A creative mindset, balanced with the ability to follow brand guidelines and practical requirements. A positive, reliable and collaborative working style. Experience in community organisations, sports, cultural organisations, education, events, non‑profit organisations or membership‑based organisations would be an advantage. An interest in Chinese martial arts, Wushu, Taichi, Sanda, Chinese culture, health, wellbeing or community development would also be highly regarded. Why join Wushu Development Trust?
