Responsibilities Proactively identify and win new business opportunities through outbound phone sales activity. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell. Manage inbound enquiries, converting leads into sales through effective needs‑based conversations. Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact through to close. Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from initial contact through to close. Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records while ensuring compliance standards are met. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in a phone sales role or similar sales environment. Experience in business‑to‑business (B2B) sales would be an advantage. A target‑driven mindset with unwavering drive and hunger to succeed. Professional and articulate phone manner. A positive, “go‑getter” attitude. Clean criminal history.
