The Enliven Bureau team provides essential support to our residential homes, ensuring continuity of care during leave, absences, and busy periods. Our Wellington homes are located in Karori, Tawa, Johnsonville, and Lower Hutt. Mō te tūranga - About the role We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to join our Enliven Bureau team working casually to support our Huntleigh Home in Karori – bonus if you can work across our Wellington Region Homes. Huntleigh Home provides rest home and hospital level of care. Hours of work are AM, PM and Night shifts across a 7-day week. Work as part of a supportive Enliven team delivering quality care Support residents with daily living needs Encourage independence and resident-led choices Provide high-quality, individualised care Follow health and safety practices and procedures Work under guidance of the Registered Nurse team Ensure resident needs are met promptly and effectively Passion for supporting the wellbeing of older people Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Health Care Assistant Health & Wellbeing Certificate Level 2 (or higher) Patient, organised, and a strong team player Empathetic, compassionate, and respectful with a person-centred approach Good communication and documentation skills Comfortable using computers and digital records Legal right to live and work in New Zealand Competitive pay: $25.04–$31.20 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive team environment with strong collaboration Staff wellbeing support, including discounted healthcare and counselling services #J-18808-Ljbffr
