About the role You’ll be a key member of our Customer Success team, supporting aviation customers around the world as they implement and expand their use of the OneReg platform. Your work will bring structure, insight and momentum to every customer engagement. You will Partner with airlines, airports and operators to uncover business, operational and regulatory needs. Get under the hood of customer goals and help shape the right path forward. Turn complex compliance needs into process maps, requirements and user stories. Connect customers, Product and Engineering so scope, expectations and delivery stay aligned. Spot gaps, risks and dependencies early, and bring clear thinking to the next steps. Improve processes, templates and documentation so future engagements scale faster and smoother. This isn’t a behind‑the‑scenes BA role. It’s a customer‑facing opportunity to build trusted relationships with aviation organisations and turn operational and compliance needs into smart SaaS solutions. You will bring Business Analyst experience, ideally in SaaS, implementation, aviation or another regulated environment. Strong process and systems thinking, with the ability to map current and future states. Confidence running discovery conversations, asking great questions and building customer trust. The ability to turn complexity into clear requirements and simple, effective communication. Customer‑led, relationship‑focused and naturally curious, with a practical mindset and the confidence to ask thoughtful questions. You’re adaptable, collaborative and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a growing start‑up, and you enjoy turning complexity into clear, practical outcomes.
